Build a repeatable station activity

A STEM lab often serves different classes and teachers. Create a short mission card with the learning question, starting conditions, equipment instructions, and expected student output. A consistent format makes it easier to reuse the station without turning every lesson into a fresh setup exercise.

Plan the work beyond the cockpit

Place maps, calculation sheets, and reflection prompts near the simulator. Students can prepare and analyze while another group flies. Establish a handover routine that includes restoring the starting scenario and reporting equipment issues to the teacher.

Coordinate shared use

Assign a staff owner for schedules and support. Record the curriculum used by each class so teachers can build on prior experience rather than repeating an introduction every time.
