Ask for equipment, software, curriculum, freight, setup, training, warranty, and any recurring support charges. Confirm current delivery estimates and the responsibilities of school staff. Review accessibility, room circulation, electrical needs, and IT requirements with the appropriate teams.
Evaluate the program with evidence
Collect examples of student planning, calculations, explanations, and revisions. Teacher feedback and usage records can help identify implementation issues. Avoid promising a numerical academic improvement or return on investment without evidence from a suitable evaluation.
